- Very excited about ALBYP's first group class at the University of Michigan's Delta Phi Epsilon house tomorrow! The girls at DPhiE are putting on a health & wellness sisterhood event and I couldn't be happier to be helping out :)
- A little bird told me Chelsea will be teaching two weekly classes at Rosemond Wellness Essentials starting later this month. More info soon!

- A little bird told me Chelsea is teaming up with University of Michigan's PULSE this Thursday! PULSE is a student-run health, wellness, and social justice organization who will be hosting a "Be Your Own Valentine" body image & yoga event for the U of M Greek community - where Chelsea will be teaching a mini session to demonstrate the physical and mental benefits of yoga. So glad to be a part of it!

- Hello! My name is Chelsea Bird Hoard. I am registered with Yoga Alliance and certified to teach hatha yoga, my own concentration being vinyasa flow yoga.I studied at Shakti Spirit Yoga & Ayurveda in Ubud, Bali under Rachel Hull in September & October, 2011. My 6 week, 230 hour training was an absolutely life changing experience and I'm very excited to announce the start of my new pop-up yoga endeavor, A Little Bird Yoga Project.

Join me as I teach yoga classes all around downtown Ann Arbor. I'll keep my website, Facebook, and Twitter pages updated so you'll always be able to find out where I'm going to be teaching next.$8/classHouse CallsTake a personalized class in the comfort of your own home, tailored just for you or a small group of friends. Please schedule at least 1 week in advance.$40/session for up to 4 people, $6/each additional personLarge Groups & Organizations (10+ people)Host a yoga class specifically for the people in your own organization, group or community - anywhere you'd like to meet up to practice.
